TES - A Powerful Tool for Improving Sales
Trade Evaluation Systems (TES) provides objective information to build an inside sales improvement program on. It provides four quarterly snapshots of just how well your inside sales staff treats customers and prospective customers. Are they courteous? Do they have good product knowledge — and use it? Do they use basic sales skills?

The program is very simple. Once each quarter for a year, Corporate Strategies interviewers make six calls into a location, posing as customers, and asking for products that you specify. The inside sales person is graded on fifty specific points in the areas of telephone courtesy, product knowledge, and sales skills. When the calls are completed you receive a report for each location, including the current evaluation and the trend from previous evaluations. If more than than one location is involved, you receive a summary report that aggregates all of the information into a single report and summarizes it.

The reports provide you with the information you need to build on your strengths and correct your weaknesses.

TES, including six calls quarterly and the quarterly reports is only $500 per year, billed quarterly.
